Live-In Resident Manager

We are Looking for resident manager couple for 44-unit apartment building. Resident Managers are our team brand ambassadors. The right candidate will hold a strong passion for quality service, attention to detail and customer care. Being able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment. We have a standard for each of our properties that is second to none; offering pride to our residents in the maintenance of the grounds, buildings and common areas to ensure that they are clean, modern and well maintained and provide a peaceful living environment.

Job Description

  • Act as a liaison between management & tenants.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries & provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer all inquiries for vacant suite rental, potential tenant screening, showing of vacant suites, completing required paperwork for suite rentals, sec. deposit collection, do move in move out reports.
  • Monthly rent collection including posting rent payments, managing the rent roll, bring rents to main office, distributing tenant notices.
  • Delivering and collecting lease renewals from existing tenants.
  • Complete daily interior/exterior building checks.
  • Respond to building emergencies and afterhours service calls when required.
  • Maintain good communication with office staff, tenants & contractors.
  • Assist the Property Manager and maintenance personnel in day-to-day operations as required.
  • Clean all common areas of building-entrances,
  • hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms & utility rooms.
  • Remove garbage/debris from building common areas (inside, yard & parking lot)
  • Shovel snow, sprinkle sand or ice melt on entrance pathways to ensure safety.
  • Do minor repairs and maintenance in suites and building.
  • Other related duties as required by office staff.
  • Previous experience in apartment management is helpful but willing to train.
  • Must have own cell phone and computer.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary $1200.00
  • 2-bedroom suite rent free.
